• We offer prospective tenants the largest range of rental property available in Altona Meadows.
• Our internet site is updated daily with new listings including internal photographs and a detailed description of the property.
• Inspection of properties is By Appointment Only. Please keep in mind that the property you wish to inspect may be currently occupied and we are required to provide 24 hours notice to the current tenants.
• Your name and contact details must be provided to the Property Manager at the time of making an appointment.
• A property must be inspected before submitting an Application to Lease.
• Rental Applications are available at reception or can be downloaded from this site. Photo identification is required and must accompany the application.
• We will endeavour to process applications within 48 hours but this will depend on how quickly we are able to verify the information provided and contact with the landlord of the property. It is the landlord who will make the final decision.
• First month's rent and Bond payment (payable to RTBA) must be paid by Bank Cheque or money order.
• Please note we operate on a No Cash Basis.  Ongoing monthly rental payments after the first month will be via Direct Debit only and this method of payment will be a condition of the lease agreement.
• We can organise for you through Direct Connect connection to utilities - gas, electricity, telephone and water - at no extra cost.
